1. Acceptance
By accessing CyberTegh services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Services
We provide cybersecurity assessments, training, and consulting. Scope and deliverables are defined in individual statements of work.
3. Authorized Testing Only
All penetration testing is performed only on systems for which the client has provided written authorization. Unauthorized testing is strictly prohibited.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all non-public information confidential. NDAs are signed before any engagement begins.
5. Payment
Invoices are due within 15 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest.
6. Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Chandigarh courts.
